Personally I just downloaded the Full Monty (that has all the other stuff) one and put everything except the inspirations folder in (well actually I put that in too just deleted it afterwards)

Stuff just goes in the dame folder in data>texture_library>GUI>icons

If you don't like an item (as I didnt care for the inspirations) just delete it.
