You forgot about Enterprise. The series sucked donkey balls, but it was ST either way.
TOS: Any of the Klingon leaders. They rocked.
TNG: I hate to say it, but I'm going with Picard. He had the best dramatic scenes in the entire franchise although they made him do some pretty silly shit, too.
DS9: I wasn't a fan of the series really, but I'd say that Quark was the best. I'd have picked some of the Cardassians, but they had to wear some really bad costumes and there's just no overlooking that.
VOY: 7 of 9 was the nicest to look at. All the characters sucked though.
ENT: Hoshi. Way cute and I liked her scenes more.

Voy: really tough, I'll say Chakotay cause I have to pick, but close runners up are Neelix, 7of9, and Torres. My favorite of all the series.

TOS: Kang - The ToS Kickass Klingon. Not a namby pamby ridge head. When he said he'd kill a thousand Organians every hour, by Khaless he went right ahead and did it.
TNG: Data - The Kickass Android. Can't be Worf because he's a ridge head, and ridge heads are just dumb asses. Anyone who says stupid shit like, "It is a good day to die!" is not worthy of mention among true Klingon.
DS9: I liked Chief O'Brien and Quark. This was my favorite series.
Voy: Chakotay. Everyone else seemed a little vanilla. He seemed to be the only one with the balls to do what had to be done.
Enterprise: I've never watched a full episode. For that reason I've got to go superficial and say T'pol. Wish she'd rub that disinfectant gel on me sometime.
